ii. By submitting an order, you explicitly acknowledge that the total amount paid includes the mandatory vendor fitment rates alongside our independent professional service charges. Our processing agency fees are charged to cover our customer support infrastructures and data logistics costs.
i. To coordinate document processing filings through our platform, you must be a legally capable adult at least 18 years of age and hold valid legal ownership or explicit authorization over the vehicle details being submitted.
ii. You agree never to submit fraudulent vehicle details, scrap data, or enter invalid chassis and engine parameters. Doing so disrupts our digital systems and might cause immediate automatic removal of your entry without warning.
i. By finalizing a payment transaction through our secure integration paths, you guarantee that all supplied vehicle details (such as registration data, phone contacts, and physical shipping markers) are perfectly valid, matches your RC book parameters, and that you are authorized to utilize the payment resource.
ii. Our consultancy initiates file processing windows immediately after checkout. We cannot assume financial liability or offer transaction coverage if your application is delayed or denied by regional transport offices due to inaccurate vehicle data provided during form entry.
i. This processing portal is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not assume financial or operational liability for unexpected network timeouts, regional system blockades, or structural processing backlogs arising on official state transport database architectures.
ii. Under no circumstances will our consultancy, its processing staff, or corporate affiliates be held responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from a user's failure to fit plates within standing regional legal deadlines.
i. We maintain the autonomous right to modify or restructure these terms at any moment without prior explicit communication. Revised tracking definitions apply instantly upon update inside this file.
