ii. Once our document verification executives have reviewed, formatted, and pushed your order info into state portal architectures or booked official vehicle appointments, no manual cancellations can be processed, and all structural professional consultancy service fees become non-refundable.
i. A full or partial refund will be approved and returned if an application cannot be successfully filed due to systemic technical failures originating on our internal server environments.
ii. If an applicant drops a duplicate request or submits incorrect processing amounts, our billing desk will analyze the transaction and issue refunds for the extra service fee balance after verifying payment gateway logs.
i. No refunds will be authorized if an application is delayed, rejected, or paused by state transport authorities or regional RTO offices due to mismatched vehicle registration entries, incorrect engine/chassis numbers submitted by the user, or pre-existing legal blocks on the vehicle's record.
ii. It is the user's absolute responsibility to submit accurate vehicle parameters. Our platform provides processing service utility based on user inputs and does not accept financial liability for typing or processing errors made by the applicant during form submission.
i. Once a refund claim is investigated, verified, and officially approved by our billing desk, the processing cycle takes approximately five to seven (5-7) working days to complete.
ii. Approved funds are automatically routed back via the exact payment channel utilized during the original transaction checkout (e.g., Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI gateway profiles).
